The City of Powell strives to meet all requirements regarding public notice. According to City Charter, all public meetings are posted on the City Web site and at the Village Green Municipal Building by 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting.  Emergency meetings are posted no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting time.

Ohio EPA to Host Hearing

Ohio EPA will host a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, at the Delaware County District Library's Orange Branch (7171 Gooding Blvd.) to accept comments about the City of Delaware's wastewater discharge permit application for a new water treatment plant. The discharges would need to be regulated to minimize impact to the Olentangy River.
