Powell Festival Returns June 20 & 21

Powell Festival 2025, featuring live music, food and drink vendors, a kid’s zone, and more, will take place this weekend: June 20 from 5-10 p.m. and June 21 from 3-10 p.m.
Entrance to the festival will be free, as will the shuttle to and from parking. Additional activities, vendor food and drinks, and more will be available for purchase inside the festival, including over 15 food vendors and three alcohol vendors.
Live entertainment on Friday will kick off with The Ohio State University Alumni Marching Band from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Yachtopia, Ohio’s premier yacht rock band, will perform from 7-8:15 p.m. They play songs by Toto, the Doobie Brothers, Earth, Wind & Fire, Steely Dan, and more. Columbus’s The Conspiracy Band will close the night’s entertainment from 8:45-10 p.m.
Saturday’s festivities will start with Ian Thomas Hayes & Probably Cause, playing country music from 3:30-5:30 p.m. The Wet Bandits will follow with '90s party music from 6-8 p.m. To wrap up the night, Tonic will perform alternative rock from 8:45-10 p.m.
The firework show will launch immediately following Saturday’s music.
Throughout the festival, children of all ages can enjoy the Kid’s Zone by SuperGames. Wristbands will be required for participation and will be available for purchase at the Kid’s Zone. They will cost $15 on Friday and $20 on Saturday. Purchases can be made with cash or credit card.
