The Splash Pad at Village Green Park is currently closed for maintenance.
The DORA is in effect from 11 a.m. - 12 a.m. every day.
While a DORA is in effect, patrons can purchase a drink at an authorized location and walk around inside the DORA boundaries and take a purchased drink into a non-liquor serving establishment if the owner allows it.
Patrons cannot bring their own drinks into the district or walk with a purchased drink outside the DORA boundaries.
Patrons cannot take a beverage purchased at one DORA-approved liquor establishment into another DORA-approved liquor establishment.
Be aware of guidelines and requirements established by businesses - these are not only for your safety, but for the safety of the employees as well.
Any businesses that currently have a valid liquor license within the DORA boundary can participate. Those businesses may sell alcoholic beverages in a cup, with a DORA sticker applied, to be consumed withing the DORA boundaries. Participating retailers can email admin@powellcic.org to request the DORA sticker files.
