Contractor Registration Form

Community Core

The City of Powell requires registration and insurance for all electrical, mechanical, plumbing/hydronics, fire protection, subcontractors, general contractors, water and sewer line installers, and any other trade performing services for all projects. Please complete the online contractor registration through Community Core before submitting for a permit. If you are already registered, you can login to submit your permit application.

In order to register online, the following will be required:

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the City of Powell as a certificate holder
  • Copy of Workers Compensation Certificate
  • Copy of State License (if applicable)
  • Registration Fee: $75
