The City of Powell, Ohio is requesting proposals for 100% Renewable Full Requirements Retail Electric Generation Supply from qualified PUCO-certified competitive retail electric suppliers for the City’s Electrical Governmental Aggregation program, an opt-out electric generation program applicable to eligible customers located within the City.
Competitive Sealed Proposals for providing full requirement retail electric generation supply for the City’s opt-out electric aggregation program are due April 29, 2026 by 4:00 PM EST. Proposals may be submitted by email to: Jeffrey S. Tyler, Assistant City Manager at jtyler@cityofpowell.us or delivered in person in a sealed envelope addressed to Jeffrey S. Tyler, Assistant City Manager titled “Aggregation” to 47 Hall Street, Powell, Ohio 43065.
