The City of Powell, Ohio is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to perform the SR 750 / Grace Drive Gateway Project. The chosen vendor will provide the installation and improvement of this City-owned property including site preparation, landscaping, lighting, and small-scale design features for activating an open space.
Interested professional consulting firms should submit their proposals no later than 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct 3, 2025.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the City Municipal Building, 47 Hall Street, Powell, Ohio 43065 at 10:00 a.m. local time, on Friday, September 26, 2025.
