The City of Powell, Ohio is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a comprehensive Electronic Access Control System to manage, monitor, and maintain all electronic door access and badge-swipe entry points across multiple municipal buildings and a Video Surveillance System for security purposes.
Interested professional consulting firms should submit their proposals no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026.
A site visit will be conducted to allow proposers to review existing conditions, validate assets, and ask clarifying questions.
