As a part of phase II of the Downtown Powell/Village Green Master Plan, the City of Powell and the lead consultant for the project, Pizzuti Solutions, will host three in-person open houses to share initial concepts and garner feedback from the community for the future of the Village Green.
The events are open to all; hear from City and Pizzuti representatives and share your opinions.

In September 2025, Phase II of the plan was approved by City Council following phase I which consisted of extensive research of the district, market trends analysis, surveys of the community and in-person engagement with stakeholders. The concepts presented at the upcoming events will incorporate feedback and data from phase I.
After these events, the consultant team, including Realm Collaborative, OHM Advisors, and Urban Decision Group, will refine a final redevelopment concept for the Village Green and then the City will identify the funding and financing necessary to pursue the master plan created in phase II.
